Heath Honey of Cévennes (500grs)

This heath honey is collected from the sunshining hills of Cévennes.

The origin (Lozère) and the quality of this product is certified by Guy Steininger.

Characteristics:

• Dark brown slightly red
• Very thick syrupy consistence
• Very strong scent
• Strong taste of caramel, slightly bitter
• Very rich with minerals

A very particular honey in great request and often used to make spicy bread and gives it a special flavor.

Specific features: 

• Anti-anaemia
• Diuretic and urinary chords antiseptic
• Remineralizing and dynamogenic

More indications:

• Some types of anaemia
• Urinary affection in general, and use in diet for severe kidney deficiency
• Deminiralization (particularly for old people affected by osteoporosis) and asthenia in general (specially medical and surgical recovery and also tiredness senescence).

Cooking advices:

To taste with spicy slice bread. The Heath Honey goes well with all sweet-salted cooking recipes.
